Before we begin.
What does “from” mean?
The starting price covers the stated core scope. Content volume, specialist features, integrations and the condition of an existing website can change the work required. Any change is agreed before work begins.
Are domain and third-party costs included?
No. Domains, premium software, paid services and specialist functionality are quoted separately so you can see which costs belong to Beriden and which belong to another provider.
Do the website packages include e-commerce?
Not at these introductory prices. Online shops, payment systems and complex database features require separate discovery and quotation.
Why is website repair diagnosis-first?
A visible symptom can have several causes. Diagnosing first lets Beriden understand the system, risk and likely effort before promising a repair price.
Does website care include unlimited changes?
No. Each plan has defined support and content allowances. Redesigns, new pages and new functionality are scoped separately.
Are taxes included in the displayed prices?
The quotation will state clearly whether any tax is applicable. Do not assume VAT or another tax is included unless it is shown in the written quotation.
When do I pay?
The payment schedule is confirmed in the written quotation before work begins. Work starts after you accept the quotation and complete any initial payment stated there.
How many revisions are included?
The proposal defines the included review and revision allowance for your project. Additional or out-of-scope changes are discussed and priced before they are carried out.
How long will the work take?
A realistic schedule is provided after the scope, content, access requirements and dependencies are understood. Target dates are confirmed in writing rather than promised from a generic package estimate.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership, licences and handover are stated in the project agreement. Any transfer applies after the agreed payment conditions are met; third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences.
